Any discussions, commitments, or representations conveyed through social media, text messages, emails, phone calls, or other means that are not explicitly incorporated into the written agreement of Future Condos Inc. are considered void and unenforceable. For any amendments or modifications to this Integration Clause to be effective, they must be in writing and bear the signatures of both parties. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Integration Clause and any previous discussions or commitments, the provisions specified in this Integration Clause shall take precedence, rendering the prior discussions or commitments null and void.
